Prompt Response: This was one of my favorite classes throughout this semester. I really enjoyed many of the poems and vocab lessons we did and I feel much of my vocabulary and comprehension got better. I especially enjoyed the assignment where we created a poem. It was a climax of a lot of skills we had learnt up to that point and it was fun seeing my classmates present their work in their styles.

Prompt Response:  Over winter break I did two things, hang out with family and do things with friends. For Christmas I was with my dad's parents in north Georgia and for New Years I was with my uncle's family in Mississippi. The first goal I am striving to achieve is getting my driver's license.  This goal is important to me as getting it will give me much more freedom and ability to more easily do things like get a job and get to places. To achieve it, I will need to meet certain parameters. Thankfully, I have already finished the sitting-down Driver's Ed portion, which makes it easier. I need to get more practice in though as a whole, which I will achieve by doing driving with my parents on the weekends. Ideally by October or November 2026, I will take the road test and get my license.   Prompt Response:  Something that I can't stop thinking about as of late is basketball. I have always mildly enjoyed the sport and things about it but these past couple weeks it is something that I have been extremely interested in and invested in regarding the players and history and stats. It is something that I think about a lot and want to learn more about constantly and be engaged with the games going on.
