Prompt Response: The time change doesn't directly impact my routine much, outside of making me feel a little groggy due to waking up earlier, but some of the indirect things do affect me. The result of a brighter night does affect me though as it interferes with much of my sense of time and gives me the feeling of being able to do more later as it remains brighter later.
